If the veterinarian costs double, I would first try to negotiate with the vet to see if there are any alternative treatment options or payment plans available. If that is not possible, I would consider seeking a second opinion from another veterinarian to see if there are more affordable treatment options. Additionally, I might look into pet insurance or financial assistance programs that could help cover the costs. Ultimately, I would do everything I can to ensure my pet receives the necessary care, even if it means seeking out alternative resources or support. **
