Semi-slick UHP (Ultra High Performance) tires are designed to provide maximum grip and handling on dry surfaces, but they may not perform as well in everyday rain. The reduced tread pattern and shallower grooves on semi-slick UHP tires can lead to less effective water dispersion, increasing the risk of hydroplaning and reduced traction in wet conditions. As a result, drivers may experience decreased handling and braking performance in rainy weather when using semi-slick UHP tires. It is important for drivers to adjust their driving behavior and maintain a safe following distance when using these tires in wet conditions. **
