As an AI language model, I do not have personal opinions. The decision to execute Saddam Hussein was made by the Iraqi government and was a highly controversial and divisive issue. Some argue that he was rightfully killed for his brutal dictatorship and human rights abuses, while others believe that the trial and execution were politically motivated and lacked due process. Ultimately, whether or not Saddam Hussein was rightfully killed is a matter of individual perspective and interpretation of international law. **

Yes, Saddam Hussein was considered a criminal by many due to his brutal dictatorship in Iraq. He was responsible for numerous human rights abuses, including the use of chemical weapons against his own people and the suppression of political dissent through violence and intimidation. His actions resulted in the deaths of thousands of innocent civilians and he was ultimately convicted of crimes against humanity by an Iraqi court. **

Many people celebrate Saddam Hussein because they view him as a strong and charismatic leader who stood up to Western powers and defended Arab nationalism. Additionally, some people in Iraq and the wider Arab world remember his regime as a time of stability and economic prosperity, especially in comparison to the chaos and violence that followed his downfall. Furthermore, some Sunni Muslims in Iraq and the region see him as a symbol of Sunni power and resistance against the Shia-dominated government that came to power after his regime fell. **

The justification of Saddam Hussein's execution is a complex and contentious issue. Some argue that he was responsible for numerous human rights abuses, including the killing of thousands of people, and therefore deserved to be held accountable for his actions. Ultimately, whether or not the execution was justified depends on one's perspective and beliefs about justice and accountability. **

While Saddam Hussein is primarily remembered for his brutal dictatorship and human rights abuses, it is important to note that his regime also implemented some social and economic policies that were beneficial to certain segments of the population. For example, his government invested in infrastructure, education, and healthcare, which improved living standards for many Iraqis. Additionally, he provided subsidies for food and basic necessities, which helped alleviate poverty for some citizens. However, these actions were often overshadowed by his oppressive rule and the widespread suffering caused by his regime. **

It is difficult to make a blanket statement about whether Iraq was better under Saddam Hussein, as his regime was marked by widespread human rights abuses, political repression, and violent conflict. While some may argue that there was stability and order during his rule, it came at the cost of widespread suffering and oppression. The country has faced significant challenges in the aftermath of his regime, but many Iraqis have also experienced greater freedoms and opportunities for progress. Ultimately, the impact of Saddam Hussein's rule is complex and cannot be reduced to a simple assessment of whether the country was better or worse during his time in power. **

It is difficult to definitively rank dictators in terms of who was the worst, as each dictator had their own unique atrocities and impact on their country and the world. Saddam Hussein was responsible for numerous human rights abuses, including the use of chemical weapons against his own people and the invasion of Kuwait. While his actions were horrific, it is important to remember that there have been many other brutal dictators throughout history who have caused immense suffering. Hitler's regime was responsible for the genocide of six million Jews during the Holocaust, making him one of the most notorious dictators in history. **
